The resistance welding equipment consists of mechanical pressure device, power supply device and control device.
The key elements of resistance welding are electrode pressure, welding current and welding time.
Electrode pressure is supplied by a mechanical pressuring device. The way of pressuring can be pneumatic, hydraulic, servo motor and so on.
Resistance welding power supply is generally a three-phase AC input, 380V, 50Hz. The output of low-voltage DC or AC comes after the transformer rectifying, inverting and voltage decreasing.
Resistance welding equipment has a complete electrical circuit and control system. It is composed of microcomputer control system, special trigger circuit, trigger board, rectifier, Welding Start Switch, IGBT, SCR, PLC and low-voltage electrical switch.
In the secondary current circuit, multi-layer high toughness and high conductivity copper flexible connection is selected for the upper secondary output of the main transformer, and is connected in U shape, thus greatly improving the service life. The next secondary output of the main transformer adopts the integrated direct connection mechanism, and the power consumption is reduced to the minimum level.
