Spot welder and nuts studs conveyor constitute a welding system. The spot projection welder is able to give a higher production rate with the help of automatic nuts studs conveyor.
The conveyor adopts the principle of magnetic vibration and material rail selection to select the nut or stud and convey it to the nut or stud electrode of the projection welding machine through the cylinder. This method avoids the risk of being crushed by the electrode caused by the manual placement of the nut or stud. The efficiency and quality of projection welding are improved.
The nut conveyor can also be combined with other automatic equipment to realize the full automation of nut projection welding
