MFAC Inverter Spot Welder
MFAC stands for Mid Frequency Alternating Current.
The transformer produces a low voltage high amperage AC output at 50 Hz suitable to produce the desired welding parameters.
AC is more robust with longer life and is more familiar to many facilities. If you use press welders, power is not an issue.
And working with normal quality standards, AC is a good choice. If the facility already has many other AC units for backup AC would be a very good choice.
MFAC Inverter spot welder features
This welder uses three-phase power input to the inverter. At the same time also carries on the full bridge rectifier and the invertion. The industrial frequency power source turns into mid frequency power source (40Hz-150Hz adjustable) and then directly outputs AC welding current through the welding transformer. Thus the whole process can greatly reduce the power supply demand of the grid.
