Project Introduction: Projection Welding Workstation

Nut projection welding is a core assembly process for automotive components. Traditional nut projection welding mostly relies on manual operation with single-function machines and complicated model changeovers. Haifei integrated projection welding workstation combines robot, projection spot welder and nut feeding machine. It realizes automatic loading/unloading, automatic welding and automatic inspection. The mechanical gripper transfers workpieces to welding stations and carries air blowing and slag removal functions, with built-in automatic alarm for missing or misplaced nuts.
