How to improve the quality of medium frequency resistance welder solder joint?

There are several ways to improve the quality of spot welding joints:

 

1. Improve the performance and stability of welding equipment.

2. Choose effective welding technology to improve the operation level of operators

3. Strengthen the quality inspection and control technology in the whole welding process.

 

The first two are usually doable.
